Very good experience. We arrived at Haneda Airport and waited for the shuttle bus. It arrived timely at 00:30. When at the hotel, self check in was very easy and intuitive. Room is small but practical and sufficient for 2 traveller's with backpacks. Very good shower with good toiletries. Good night of rest and a family mart nearby. Would come back again.

Well budgeted and it was so fun. Just the whole area is unusual that everything was fun for our family. It was very short stay on our way to airport. So we didn't needed much. They had lots of restaurants around and hotel has good vending machines as well. The best part is the bus to the airport. (FOR FREE) Not really a thing to complain about.

Just needed a quick stay for the night before our flight home. This was perfect. Close to the train station (Otorii Station - KK13) to get there, and in there is a shuttle service to the airport stating at 4.45am which we utilised. A lot easier than lugging our gear back to the train station. Staff were very helpful and the check in was pretty hilarious with a dinosaur. Rooms are clean, compact and there is a grocery store around the corner for the last minute purchases.

Best robotic front staff… loved all 3 robots. Nice to have a variety. Easy walk from train station. Super clean, efficient. Love this chain because the value for what you pay can’t be beat! Highly recommend

We had a poor check-in experience. There was a line due to technical difficulties with the check-in kiosks. A staff member finally came out to help. When I tried to ask a question about the shuttles, she curtly pointed to the shuttle schedule (yes, I already looked at it). There was none of the standard pleasantries or basic information that one would expect. I guess the whole idea of this hotel is to automate this process, but when things go wrong or a customer has a question, the human help is lacking. When we got to our room, we found that there was hair/debris from the previous occupants. The stark contrast between our experience here and in the rest of the country was jarring. The only bright side of our experience was the shuttle... very convenient and fast service to Haneda.
